Last week we walked you through the styling of the one bedroom show apartment at Leon House and this week it’s the turn of the two bedroom apartment.
Situated on the 19th floor, the two-bedroom apartment (type 6 floor plan) benefits from vast views of South Croydon looking towards Surrey and the North Downs, with light flooding in from the floor to ceiling windows.
The lounge area in the two-bedroom show apartment is a contemporary social space, using a two-seater sofa and a pair of matching armchairs to allow for seamless entertaining whilst not overfilling the space. A large patterned rug separates the open space from the kitchen, with a tall floor lamp and plant adding alternate focal points.
In terms of colourways, a general muted feel of greys and neutrals is complimented with a grown-up blush pink introduced with cushions and curtains.
Move in to the kitchen area and you step in to an open space designed for both socialising and creating. Using high quality Bosch appliances, the modern kitchen is dominated by a chic matte grey across the storage areas. White rectangular tiles add a softer, urban geometric to the kitchen.
The open plan space allows for a dedicated dining area. Using a simple gloss white, circular table with matte black chairs and large industrial inspired ceiling lamp to bring the space together.
The Master Bedroom follows a few of the same styling rules from the lounge. With blush pinks adding colour to variant tones of grey throughout the furnishings and carpet. Tones of gold add a modern metallic to the neutral tones in the room.
A mix of artwork and frames above the bed provide the room with a canvas to add your own personality. Lighting is kept simple throughout this space, with a sleek black table lamp used on each of the marble bedside tables.
This room also benefits from its own walk in wardrobe, ideal for hanging items, adding storage baskets and keeping footwear in one tidy space.
The second bedroom in the apartment provides capsule styling in comparison to the lounge and master bedroom. With tones of green, brown and beige combined with the plush grey carpet running throughout the bedroom spaces.
This room also benefits from its own storage space with an alcove created for shelves and more items for hanging.
The two-bedroom apartments contain two bathroom spaces; one dedicated as an ensuite for the master bedroom with the second open to the rest of the apartment.
Each is fitted with Laufen sanitaryware, with one containing a shower space and the other a fitted bath. Sophisticated charcoal grey adds depth to the clean off white/light grey paint and tiles used in the rooms. Storage space is also ample, with cupboards and railings used to ensure the rooms remain manageable and tidy.
